    The Role of Technical Support Engineer

    As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be an essential member of our Operational Excellence Team, responsible for managing support processes and ensuring our partners effectively utilize our products and services. To thrive in this role, strong communication and problem-solving skills are crucial.

    Your daily responsibilities will include:

    • Modifying and customizing products to meet customer requirements.
    • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions.
    • Communicating with customers via Zendesk Email to resolve inquiries.
    • Consulting with customers on technical solutions.
    • Collaborating with the Product Team to streamline customization efforts.
    • Working with global colleagues to optimize technical and service support processes.

    Qualifications We’re Looking For

    We hope to find candidates who meet the following criteria:

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in software development or related fields (Computer Engineering, Computer Science, etc.).
    • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and preferably jQuery.
    • At least one year of experience in software product support, ideally in a SaaS environment.
    • Fluency in written and spoken English and Thai.
    • A strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
    • The ability to provide timely responses and follow up systematically.
    • Natural problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
    • Good debugging, troubleshooting, and research skills.
