Role Overview: The Software Developer Dynamics CRM/CE will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Microsoft-based business solutions in cloud environments using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with global teams on cutting-edge projects, such as developing custom applications using both the Canvas and Model Driven frameworks, and utilizing out-of-the-box CRM applications for business functions like case and task management. Experience in banking will be a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize CRM components, including entities, forms, workflows, plugins, reports, and dashboards.
- Integrate CRM systems with external platforms to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Write clean, efficient code using C#, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
- Utilize the CRM SDK, C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Database to build and maintain CRM applications.
- Debug and troubleshoot CRM system issues, ensuring optimal system performance and uptime.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and testing teams to ensure timely project delivery, within budget.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 6+ years of relevant experience in software development, specifically with Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Expertise in building CRM components (entities, forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports).
- Strong proficiency in C# and JavaScript, with the ability to develop custom plugins and UI logic.
- Experience working with Web resources, PowerApps, and Power BI is a plus.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science.
- Banking experience is preferred, providing insight into financial institutions’ unique needs.
