The Digital Marketing Specialist at DukaanPro is responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies to drive traffic to the platform and increase visibility for both the company and its sellers. This role is essential in building brand awareness, enhancing customer engagement, and ultimately helping sellers reach a broader audience in Pakistan’s competitive e-commerce market. The ideal candidate will be creative, analytical, and experienced in using various digital marketing channels to achieve measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Marketing: Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to increase brand visibility and engage with potential customers.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize the DukaanPro website and product listings for search engines, focusing on keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and content optimization to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
- Email Campaigns: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including customer newsletters, promotional emails, and seller onboarding sequences. Use segmentation and personalization to increase open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, and monitor paid digital advertising campaigns (such as Google Ads and social media ads). Analyze performance metrics to optimize ad spend and maximize ROI.
- Content Marketing: Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging blog posts, guides, product descriptions, and other materials that align with the platform’s marketing goals and target audience.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of all digital marketing activities. Use data-driven insights to improve strategies, adjust campaigns, and provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in e-commerce or a tech-driven environment.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different platforms.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
