Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing sleek, intuitive, and visually engaging user interfaces that provide a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms. Collaborating with product managers, developers, and other key stakeholders, you’ll be tasked with turning complex problems into elegant, user-friendly designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UI/UX Design: Drive the design of user interfaces for both web and mobile applications, ensuring a cohesive and delightful user experience at every touchpoint.
• User Research & Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform and refine design decisions.
• Wireframes & Prototypes: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts and workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of design concepts.
• Iterative Design: Continuously refine and improve designs based on user feedback, data, and evolving product requirements.
• Innovation & Trends: Stay up-to-date with UI/UX design trends and tools, always bringing fresh ideas to enhance the platform’s user experience.
• Accessibility & Inclusivity: Design with accessibility and inclusivity in mind, ensuring the platform is user-friendly for a diverse audience.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a UI/UX designer, with a portfolio demonstrating your work on SaaS platforms or enterprise software.
• Design Skills: Strong understanding of modern design principles, including user-centered design, responsive design, and interaction design.
• Proficiency in Design Tools: Experience with industry-standard design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Problem-Solving Ability: A creative thinker with the ability to tackle complex challenges with simple and intuitive solutions.
• Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Passion for Innovation: A drive to push the boundaries of traditional design approaches, focusing on innovation and experimentation.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience in HR Tech or SaaS: Familiarity with SaaS products or HR Tech platforms is a plus.
