Key Responsibilities
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
Model Optimization: You will work on enhancing the performance of existing models and algorithms in production. This involves refining algorithms to operate effectively in real-time on the next-generation AI dashcam
Algorithm Development: Your role will require building and optimizing computer vision and machine learning algorithms that are capable of running efficiently on embedded platforms. This includes developing automated deployment and validation pipelines
Collaboration: You will collaborate with various teams, including Research and Development, Embedded Systems, and Backend/Frontend teams, to deliver comprehensive product features. This multidisciplinary approach is essential for solving complex challenges related to object detection, segmentation, and recognition
Hands-On Development: Proficient coding in Python and C++ will be vital for constructing and improving algorithms, services, and training pipelines. You will be expected to convert state-of-the-art research prototypes into reliable product features
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. A Master’s or PhD in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, or Machine Learning is preferred.
- A solid mathematical foundation in relevant areas such as Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, and optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with training frameworks and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Caffe.
- Strong programming skills in Python or C++, along with experience in building embedded algorithms and applications
- Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS) and CI/CD tools is advantageous. Experience with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and the Eigen library or Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) will be considered a strong plus
